Ingenious Technologies Corporation was founded in 1991 by Dr. Edward D. Lin, a Yale
University-trained physician specialist and biomedical scientist. Dr. Lin is a board-certified
anesthesiologist with experience in internal medicine and emergency medicine.
A three-year recipient of the prestigious Henry Woodburn Fellowship at the Roswell Park
Cancer Institute (the highest award of the State University of New York at Buffalo Graduate
School of Biomedical Sciences), Dr. Lin was also cited in Who's Who in America and Who's
Who in Science and Engineering, and a 2006 Honoree in the Modern Marvels Invent now
Challenge, co-sponsored by the National Inventors Hall of Fame, Time Magazine and the
History Channel.
Dr. Lin is the creator of numerous inventions spanning diverse industries from medical
devices and pharmaceutical technologies to telecommunications, automotive safety and
consumer products. These innovations, providing economical and reliable solutions to
significant everyday problems, are available for licensing or outright acquisition.
Dr. Lin is also the founder of Medica360, Pharma360, and BeneGreen—think tanks focused
on developing medical, pharmaceutical and green earth environmental innovations. These
include advancements in wound care, critical care monitoring, pharmaco-therapeutics and
green energy technologies and initiatives designed to protect the environment and reduce
poverty and human sufferings.
O-ACE-Sys™ (Oxygen Augmented Controlled-Environment System; pronounced “Oasis”) is a
patent-pending revolutionary wound care technology specifically designed to produce
accelerated healing while sharply reducing cost. This technology is the basis for a new
transformational wound care company, HealO Medical. Chronic wounds represent a heavy
burden to patients, health care professionals, and the US health care system, affecting 5.7
million patients and costing an estimated USD$35 billion dollars annually. The cost of diabetic
foot wound care alone is projected to increase to USD$ 200 billion by 2020. Aside from high
dollar cost, the similarly high cost to patients and their families are the substantial morbidity
and inability to enjoy life from having to live with painful debilitating wounds. The wound care
market, particularly for innovative therapies, is destined to surge due to a combination of
many major epidemiologic factors.

In this age of dwindling fossil fuels and increasing climate change, we must, as a society, do
all that we can to ensure a bright future for generations to come. In the world of energy, solar
is an option that is gaining interest among home and building owners. It is an alternative to
nonrenewable energy and is highly effective and increasingly accessible.
A Solar PV System starts with the solar panels mounted on a roof. The panels collect the
suns radiation and transform it into DC (direct current power). The roof panels combined
together are called an array and this array sends the DC power to an inverter. The inverter
converts the DC power to AC power (alternating current) and sends this AC power to your
meter panel. AC power is the type of power that your utility company provides through your
house. This Solar PV System is part of a grid-tied system. This system allows the Solar PV
System to supply power during the day and your utility providers system supplies the balance
of electricity needed during the night. As the sun comes up your Solar PV System starts to
work feeding electrical power into your home. During the day you can actually watch your
electric meter spin backwards, which means you are selling power back to your utility
company.
Energy Freedom Pioneers' mission is to help fulfill New Jersey's Renewable Energy Standard
by delivering up to 8 MW of clean, reliable power to the grid from solar and biopower
production. We are committed to stimulating the local economy by creating high quality jobs
while reducing greenhouse gas emissions by relying on proven, reliable, cost-effective
carbon-free sources of electricity.
Energy Freedom Pioneers offers attractive business incentives for clean energy
manufacturers thanks to our on-site infrastructure and proximity to railways, freeways and
ports adjacent to major metropolitan cities. Energy Freedom Pioneers will also help train and
empower a clean energy workforce with American jobs that cannot be outsourced.

Tuscan Gardens Intimate Assisted Living
|
We are designing, building out and operating a unique Florida-based assisted living
residence concept that is significantly different than the market which addresses the needs of
seniors at this point in time.
Our concept is quite simple. Nobody wants to give up the quality of their lives simply because
they happen to need age-based assistance. At Tuscan Gardens, no one has to.
While Senior Housing facilities represent both an investment in a real estate asset class as
well as an investment in the underlying business operation, we focus more specifically on the
opportunities in the real estate class, recognizing the intended use of the properties.
Therefore, an understanding of the industry is paramount in understanding Tuscan Gardens
as both a real estate investment and as a business operation.
Tuscan Gardens is a new concept that provides a luxurious residential environment with
personalized care that is closer to concierge services than senior living. Tuscan Gardens is a
20-Resident 11,000 square ft. Villa located on a parcel of property of just under one acre.
